Children between 6-12 years : 5-15 mg up to 4 times per day.</p><p>Children between 2-6 years : 2.5-5 mg up to 4 times per day.</p><p>Preparation:</p><p>Brofex® syrup : Bottle containing 100 ml sugar free syrup.</p>
